Membrane press

The manufacture of front panels for kitchens and cabinets using 3D membrane press is usually performed by using polyurethane dispersions.

The use of different types of materials (PVC, PP, PET, etc.) that are increasingly thinner and finer (high gloss finishes) makes the use of adhesives that offer cleaner and smoother finishes essential.

For this application, we have both one-component and two-component dispersions, with Neoflex W 1227 being the most requested adhesive.
